We are very excited to introduce “Dakota” (name can be changed)- an incredible tri-color Bernedoodle pup born June 4, 2019 between Shiloh & Miriam. This is perhaps the best bernedoodle litter produced in the US. What makes this litter so unique are a couple of things. First, both have generations of health clearances. Miriam has her hip, heart, eyes, von Willdeband, Degenerative Myelopathy & Osteochondrodysplasia clearances. She scored in the top 4% of Bernese Mountain Dogs with extremely good hip score. She’s imported in Europe with generations of show and health champions. We wanted to buy Bernese that had the greatest genetic diversity and comes from generations of long-living lines. We combined that with a very healthy and beautiful phantom stud poodle…Shiloh. Shiloh has 10 health clearances which is double from what’s recommended. Both parents are absolutely beautiful, sweet and loving. This is also a small standard Bernedoodle litter. Miriam is around 58 lbs. Shiloh is a very small standard poodle and weighs only 47 lbs. That means the boys will probably only get around 55-75 lbs and the girls will be 40-55 lbs which is small.
Dakota (name can change) is a happy puppy. His tail is always wagging and he’s seemingly always in a good mood. He is slightly dependent, outgoing and confident. He loves to be with people but he’s not extremely dependent or clingy. He can handle being by himself but overall prefers people. He is playful and outgoing. He’s not hyper but he does like to play. His tail is a motor and he’s just a happy pup. He is confident and not fearful. If there is a weakness we see in Bernedoodles it’s that they can be shy and timid. He’s not shy and doing exceptional in training as a result. He is an absolutely stunning tri-color Bernedoodle with one of the curliest coats of any F1 Berndoodle we have ever produced. That means he will shed less and be more hypo-allergenic than a typical Bernedoodle. He is the smallest boy in his litter. His dad is only 47 lbs and mom is 58 lbs so our best guess is that he will be 55-65 lbs. He comes with a very realistic and long 4-year health warranty.
He is able to go home after:
